ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Tippin, the Board, <br />by a 4-0 vote (Commissioner Macht absent) <br />unanimously authorized staff to proceed with <br />Siemens Building Technologies, Inc., waived the <br />standard bid procedure and authorized the Chairman <br />to execute an agreement as previously approved <br />with Siemens with the Scope changed to reflect the <br />attached work to be performed, subject to prior <br />approval by the County Attorney's office, with an <br />amount not to exceed $134,145, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />11.C.6.
