RESOLUTION - CLOSING, VACATING AND ABANDONING STREETS - SEVERIN H. HAIVSON <br />• ROSELAND, FLORIDA <br />Commissioner Watts introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption <br />as follows, to -wit: <br />R E S O L U T I O N <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, that this Board does herewith find and determine as follows: <br />1. That Severin H. Hanson filed a Petition before this Board on the 2nd day <br />of December, 1952, at a meeting of said Board requesting this Board to adopt a Resolution <br />closing, vacating and abandoning the following streets and renouncing and relinquishing the <br />rights of Indian River County, Florida, or the public in and to the following described <br />streets, to -wit: <br />Osceola Street from Wauregan Avenue to the railroad; <br />Harrison Street from Manatee Avenue to the railroad; <br />Spring Street from Manatee Avenue to the railroad; <br />Lake Street from Manatee Avenue to the railroad; <br />Lime Street from Manatee Avenue to the railroad; <br />Maple Street from Manatee Avenue to the railroad; <br />Beach Street from Manatee Avenue to the railroad.; <br />All according to the plat of Wauregan as recorded <br />in Plat Book 1, pages 178 and 179, in the office of the - <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, <br />Motion for adoption of the Resolution was duly made by Commissioner Waddell <br />and unanimously carried. <br />• Commissioner Waddell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, <br />to+wit: <br />R E S O L U T I O N- SECONDARY ROADS <br />now situated in Indian River County, Florida. <br />2. That this Board has published notice thereof one (1) time in the Vero Beach <br />Press Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in Indian River County, Florida, said <br />publication being published at least two (2) weeks prior to the date stated therein for a <br />public hearing. <br />3. That those streets above described are not State or Federal roads main- <br />tained by the State of Florida and that said streets are not located within the incorporated <br />limits of any municipality and are located in Indian River County, Florida. <br />4. That apublic hearing thereon has been held by the Board of County Comm- <br />issioners in the office of said Board in the Indian River County -Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />• <br />Florida, on January 9, 1953, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., the meeting of January 6 having been <br />adjourned to January 9, at which time persons interested were heard; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Board does herewith close, vacate and abandon <br />any public or private street, road, alley -way -or other place used for travel and all portions <br />thereof and does herewith renounce and discla-im any right of Indian River County, Florida, <br />and the public in and to all the lands delineated as a street, road or highway as the same <br />pertain to the streets hereinbefore described. <br />Motion for adoption of the Resolution was duly made by Commissioner Waddell <br />and unanimously carried. <br />• Commissioner Waddell introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption, <br />to+wit: <br />R E S O L U T I O N- SECONDARY ROADS <br />
