CHILDREN'S SERVICES AD VISOR Y COMMITTEE — NEEDS ASSESSMENT — <br />FINAL PAYMENT TO PUBLIC SOLUTIONS, LL C <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of August 13, 2002: <br />AUGUST 20, 2002 <br />To: Members of the Board of County Commissioners <br />Date: August 13, 2002 <br />From: Joyce Johnston-Carls. <br />Director Indian River my Human Services <br />Subject: Final Payment to Public Solutions, LLC <br />Needs Assessment for Children's Services <br />On May 21, 2002, the Board of County Commissioners approved the contract with Public <br />Solutions, LLC to provide a needs assessment study of children's services in Indian River <br />County for $20,000 and travel expenses. On June 6, 2002 the first payment of $10,000 <br />was made to Public Solutions LLC. The project has been completed with a presentation <br />to the County Commissioners and the public on August 6, 2002 <br />The work has now been completed and Public Solutions, LLC has requested final <br />payment in the amount of $10 000 This payment will bring the total amount of the <br />contract payment to $20,000. <br />Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve final payment in the <br />amount of $10,000 to Public Solutions, LLC <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Adams, the Board, by a 4-0 vote <br />(Commissioner Ginn absent) unanimously approved <br />final payment to Public Solutions, LLC in the amount <br />of $10,000, as recommended by staff. <br />14 <br />Es 4 4 <br />
