<br /> DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS
<br /> On June 23 , 1998 , the Henrys gave to the County by Quit-Claim Deed , a strip of land
<br /> described by strip conveyance , to be used as road right-of-way for 36" Avenue . In return ,
<br /> the County was to pave the road if other requirements and conditions could be met . The
<br /> County has not been able to accomplish the paving work to date . The Henrys have asked
<br /> that their portion of the property be re-conveyed to them by County Deed . No liens or
<br /> encumbrances have been placed against the property since the conveyance to the
<br /> County.
<br /> RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING
<br /> Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve for adoption , the
<br /> accompanying Resolution and authorize the Chairman to execute the Resolution and
<br /> County Deed .
