The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. He reviewed <br />the existing land uses near the subject property and advised that the concurrency test was <br />met; it is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan; there will be no significant environmental <br />impacts; and the compatibility of the surrounding area will be enhanced.
