Vice Chairman Ginn questioned access to the property, and Director Keating advised <br />that will be looked at carefully during the site plan process. <br />Commissioner Neuberger noted there are homes in the area and Commissioner <br />Adams inquired about the policy not to expand nodes unless they are built out. <br />Director Keating read the portion entitled "Future Land Use Element Policy" from <br />page 172 (of the backup) where it provides for an exemption for property originally <br />designated residential in error. <br />Commissioner Ginn wanted to be certain we treat everyone the same. <br />The Chairman opened the public hearing and asked if anyone wished to be heard in <br />this matter. There being none, he closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance No. 2003-023 amending the Future Land Use <br />Element of the Comprehensive Plan by changing the Land Use <br />Designation for .44 acres located west of the I-95/State Route <br />60 Offramp, approximately 176 feet north of State Route 60; <br />from M- I, Medium -Density Residential -1 (up to 8 units/acre), <br />to C/I, Commercial/Industrial; and providing codification, <br />severability, and effective date. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Neuberger, SECONDED BY <br />Commissioner Lowther, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance No. 2003-024 amending the Zoning Ordinance and <br />the Accompanying Zoning Map for .44 acres located west of <br />August 5, 2003 <br />14 <br />
