RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is staffs recommendation that the Board of County Commissioners approve the request to proceed with <br />Option 112 with Data Flow Systems, Inc. in the amount of $85,993. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously approved the request <br />to proceed with Option #2 with Data Flow Systems, Inc. in the <br />amount of $85,993, as recommended by staff. <br />13.B. VICE CHAIRMAN JOHN W. TIPPIN - ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL - APPOINT COMMISSIONER MACHT <br />AS NEW CHAIR <br />Vice Chairman Tippin stated that he will be retiring soon. In view of that, and because of <br />the current activity with the Council, he asked that Commissioner Macht be appointed the new <br />Chairman of the Economic Development Council to retain continuity in reporting and <br />involvement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Tippin, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously approved the <br />appointment of Commissioner Ken Macht as the new Chair of the <br />Economic Development Council. <br />13.D.
