FL as the second lowest and most responsive and responsible bidder meeting the specifications as set forth in the Invitation to Bid. • Establish an Open End Contract for the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003 with recommended vendor. Last years expenditures totaled $80,500.00. The new year bid prices reflects a less than 1% increase against the 1999 prices of Bid # 2015. The projected expenditures for 2003 are $83,250.00. Authonze the Purchasing Manager to renew this contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods subject to satisfactory performance, zero cost increase, vendor acceptance and the determination that renewal of this annual contract is in the best interest of the County.
