The subject site is located at the northeast comer of the intersection of <br />77th Street (Hobart Road) and 66th Avenue. <br />On October 2, 2001, the Board of County Commissioners granted final plat approval for <br />the project and approved a contract for construction for remaining required improvements <br />and accepted a letter of credit to secure the contract. <br />September 17, 2002 <br />37 <br />team <br />
