out to 2020, the County will need 170,000 square feet and the addition of the School Board <br />building's 20,000 to the 82,000 square feet we now occupy would not give the County <br />sufficient space for County administrative needs She stated she has all the information and <br />would be pleased to allow Mr Heady to look at it and added that Mr Frank Coffey was the <br />space needs engineer on the SNC. <br />Mr Heady indicated his intention to accept Commissioner Ginn's offer. <br />Commissioner Macht pointed out that it is not Just space that is needed but the type <br />of space is important. He also pointed out that the current Administration Building is a "sick <br />building" and renovating it would cost far more. In addition, he stated that the County <br />cannot evict the School Board without notice. <br />9.B.2.
