DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />A developer, Ansley Park Development Corporation, is planning to <br />develope- a Planned Residential Development named Ansley Park, <br />located along the north side of 13th Street SW and west of 27th <br />Avenue SW. <br />The developer will donate 30' <br />north side of 13th Street SW, <br />additional right-of-way along <br />the Developer for the sum of <br />per acre for .69 acres. <br />of additional right-of-way along the <br />and the County will purchase 30' of <br />the north side of 13th Street SW from <br />$14,020.80, which equates to $20,320 <br />The developer shall also pave approximately 1,080 LF of 13th Street <br />SW from 27th Avenue to the development entrance road. The County <br />shall pay $30,000 of the cost (approximately 500 of the cost at <br />developer's cost) and the developer shall pay the remainder. <br />The attached developer's agreement has been prepared to identify <br />Developer and County responsibilities. This Agreement is similar to <br />previous developer's agreements along County Collector Roadways. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS <br />The Alternatives presented are: <br />Alternative No. 1 <br />Approve the Developer's Agreement. <br />Alternative No. 2 <br />Deny Approval <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends Alternative No. 1 whereby the Developer's <br />Agreement is approved. Funding to be from Fund 109 -Gas Tax Revenue <br />for road paving and 1 -cent Local Option Sales Tax Revenue for <br />right-of-way. <br />ATTACHMENT <br />1.
