ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams , SECONDED BY Commissioner Tippin , the Board unanimously adopted Resolution No . 2001 - 078 releasing a portion of an easement on Lot 28 , Walking Horse Hammock Subdivision . RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 078 A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY , FLORIDA, RELEASING A PORTION OF AN EASEMENT ON LOT 28, WALKING HORSE HAMMOCK SUB DIVISION WHEREAS , Indian River County has an interest in a drainage and utility easement on Lot 28 of Walking Horse Hammock Subdivision ; and WHEREAS , the retention of a portion of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose ; NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that : This release of easement is executed by Indian River County , a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach , Florida 32960 , Grantor, to THOMAS G . WALTON 730 34TH CT SW VERO BEACH, FL 32968 his successors in interest, heirs and assigns, as Grantee, as follows : Indian River County does hereby release and abandon all right, title, and interest that it may have in the following described easement(s) : the west seven feet of the east twenty-five foot wide drainage and utility easement of Lot 28, Walking Horse Hammock Subdivision, LESS AND EXCEPT the north five feet and the south seven and one-half feet thereof, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 21, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
