PRESENTATION OF PROCLAMATION CELEBRATING THE 45TH <br /> ANNIVERSARY OF THE FLIGHTiSAFETY ACADEMY IN INDL4N RIVER <br /> COUNTY <br /> Vice Chairman Wheeler read and presented the Proclamation to Dan Greenhill , <br /> FlightSafety Academy Center Manager, and another representative (unnamed) of the Academy . <br /> 5.D. PRESENTATION BY AMY BRUNJES. EXTERNAL AFFAIRS MANAGER, <br /> FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT, AND MAX MACON. REGIONAL MANAGER — <br /> CUSTOMER SERVICE FIELD OPERATIONS. FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT <br /> Amy Brunjes , External Affairs Manager, Florida Power and Light (FPL) , through a <br /> PowerPoint presentation (copy on file) , provided background regarding FPL ' s possible <br /> acquisition of the City of Vero Beach ' s Electric Utility . She relayed that FPL intends to do what <br /> is in the best interests of FPL and the City, without adversely impacting current FPL customers , <br /> and to provide City customers with FPL rates, which are the lowest in the state . Ms .
