Commissioner O'Bryan was concerned about how the County can clean up a <br />neighborhood, and ensure that County taxpayers gets reimbursed. <br />Commissioner Solari wanted time to review this and obtain input from the County <br />Attorney. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />14.C.2. Update on Commissioner Solari's Request for Placement <br />on the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council's <br />Agenda <br />Clerk's note: This Item was heard following Item 15. C.3., and is placed here for continuity. <br />Commissioner O'Bryan reported that as Chair of the Treasure Coast Regional Planning <br />Council (TCRPC) he was directed to ask that Commissioner Solari be added to the next meeting <br />agenda of the TCRPC; he confirmed that Commissioner Solari's item will be the first item <br />following all voting matters; and backup material needs to be submitted to the Council by <br />November 3rd <br />The Chairman called for a recess at 10:25 a.m. and reconvened the meeting at <br />10:30 a.m. with all members present, starting with Item 11.A. <br />14.D.
