CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICER FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012-2013 <br />Constitutional Officer Leslie R. Swan, Supervisor of Elections, addressed the 2012-2013 <br />elections, returned $10,918.09 for the Fiscal Year 2012-2103 to the County; and announced a <br />tremendous savings made of over $100,000 by suggesting that the Hospital District do their own <br />election last year. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED by <br />Chairman Flescher, by a vote of 4-0, (Vice Chairman Davis <br />absent), the Board unanimously accepted the Indian River <br />County Constitutional Officer Supervisor of Elections Leslie <br />Swan's Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2012-2013, and a <br />check in the amount of $10,918.09, as submitted under cover <br />letter dated October 24, 2013. <br />9.C. beryl Loar, Indian River County Sheriff <br />CONSTITUTIONAL OFFICER FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2012-2013 <br />Harry Hall, Comptroller at the Sheriff's office, announced that this was a very fiscally <br />challenging year for them; however, they were able to come in under Budget and return <br />$5,002.17 to the Board. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, by a vote of 4-0 (Vice Chairman <br />Davis absent), the Board accepted the Indian River County <br />Constitutional Officer Sheriff Deryl Loar's Financial Report <br />for Fiscal Year 2012-2013, and a check in the amount of <br />$5,002.17, as submitted under cover letter dated October 28, <br />2013. <br />9.D.
