SMITH <br />Clerk to the Board <br />November 12, 2013 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, November 12, 2013. <br />Present were Chairman Joseph E. Flescher, Commissioners Peter D. O'Bryan, Bob Solari and <br />Tim Zorc. Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis was absent. Also present were County <br />Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney Dylan Reingold, and Deputy Clerk Maria I. <br />Suesz. <br />Chairman Flescher called the meeting to order at 11:52 a.m. <br />15.B.1.
