County Administrator Joseph Baird explained that the proposed ordinance must include <br /> local administrative and technical amendments to Chapter 401 , in order to preserve the flood <br /> insurance premium reductions that result from the County ' s adoption of flood protection <br /> standards that are higher than the minimum requirements . <br /> The Chairman opened the Public Hearing .
