On State Road 5 (U. S. Highway No. 1) from the South City Limits of the <br />City of Vero Beach to the South County Line, no building orstructure shall be erected or main- <br />tained and no building permit shall issue for the construction of any building or improvement <br />within the lines and limits of said right of way for said road as the same now exists and also <br />no building or structure shall be erected or maintained and no building permit shall issue <br />for the construction of any building or improvement within.the right of way line proposed <br />for the widening and improving of said read as set forth and contained in the right of way map <br />of the State Road Department of the State of Florida, Section No. 8801 - 150 - 191 - 206, <br />which said right of way map is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of <br />Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 3, page 26. The right of way lines as set forth <br />and.delineated on said right of way map are herewith adopted as the building setback line on <br />said road and no building or structure shall be erected or maintained,and no building permit <br />
