R E S ®% iJ I O N m- SET BACK LINES Commissioner 'Waddell introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption as follows, to -wit: WHEREAS, House Bill No. 477, adopted at the 1953 session of the Florida Legisla- ture, authorizes the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, to adopt regulations prescribing building setback lines from any road, street or highway existing and proposed; Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that pursuant to the authority of said law, said Board does herewith adopt said building setback line as follows, to -wit: 1. On State Road 5 (U. S. Highway No. 1) from the South City Limits of the City of Vero Beach to the South County Line, no building orstructure shall be erected or main- tained and no building permit shall issue for the construction of any building or improvement within the lines and limits of said right of way for said road as the same now exists and also no building or structure shall be erected or maintained and no building permit shall issue for the construction of any building or improvement within.the right of way line proposed for the widening and improving of said read as set forth and contained in the right of way map of the State Road Department of the State of Florida, Section No. 8801 - 150 - 191 - 206, which said right of way map is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, in Plat Book 3, page 26. The right of way lines as set forth and.delineated on said right of way map are herewith adopted as the building setback line on said road and no building or structure shall be erected or maintained,and no building permit
