<br />E. E. Carter, Road and Bridge Superintendent was instructed to furnish Attorney!'
<br />Smith a survey regarding well located on Tuerk's land near East Winter Beach Bridgehead.
<br />On PJotion of Commiesioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton and
<br />carried, letters of agreement were authorized for rights-of-way deeds on State Road 95, '
<br />Sec. 8801 (691). as follows:

<br />Dear Mrs. Smel,tzer:
<br />In consideration of your execution of the above right of way deed for widening the
<br />above highway, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, agree with
<br />you as follows:
<br />The County will move the two buildings on the East side of the road which you use
<br />as a fruit stand so they will be placed 10 feet East of the new right of way line. These
<br />two buildings will be set up and reestablished in good condition as they now exist. This
<br />moving will include clearing a space for the buildings, replacing the drive-in and parking
<br />areas and filling around.the buildings. The County will reconnect the water pipe to the
<br />buildings when they are moved. The County will also move the trees planted around the fruit
<br />stand so that they will be replaced off the right of way.
<br />All of the above will be done by the County prior to,taking possession of the addi-
<br />tional right of way and all without cost or expense to you.

<br />In consideration of your signing the above drainage easement, the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, agree with -you as follows:
<br />That the 3 existing drainage pipes going across the road on the South side of your
<br />property will be replaced and lowered by the County in order to provide better drainage from
<br />your property into the ditch on the South side of the road. All of this will be done without
<br />cost to you and will be doneat the time of taking possession of the drainage easement men-
<br />tioned above.
