Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and Medicaid Enrollment <br />Florida KidCare is the state's Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) offered by the state of <br />Florida for individuals up to 19 years of age, regardless of parental employment status. Tables 19 and <br />20 show 2010-2013 enrollment numbers for Title XXI-Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and <br />Title XIX -Medicaid. <br />The CHIP enrollment increased in both Indian River and Florida, between 2010 and 2012, but <br />decreased in both in 2013.
