That the County will pay to you for this right of way the total sum of $3,000.00 and you, can salvage what you can from the building and reconstruct, if you desire, o f the right of way. 2. If the above offer is not agreeable to you, the County will, at your option cut off the former filling station part of your building and move the remainder back toward the rear of your lot and rebuild the filling station part, all in accordance with the estimate of work of F.
