Should final.approval by the Board of County Commissioners of any plat be <br />desired, the Board will approve the same upon compliance with all of the provisions of this <br />. <br />Resolutidn and Chapter 29155, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1953, and prior to the completion thereaf <br />of the streets, highways, roads, drains and other improvements required, upon -the owner enter- <br />ing into bond with the County with good and sufficient surety approved by the Board conditioned' <br />upon the construction and completion of the same within such time as the Board may require. <br />22. The dedication of allstreets, highways or roads and -other ways or ease- <br />ments shown upon the plat shall be.to the public unless the Board shall determine that public <br />rights of way are not required in the County plan of public roads and all such dedications j <br />shall be signed by the owner of said lands, his or her spouse, if married, and the holder of <br />each mortgage or other lien on said lands. <br />23. The endorsement of the approval of this Board of each plat shall be in- <br />scribed thereon and signed by the duly authorized representative of this Board. <br />24. The original tracing and one cloth print of said pkat as finally approved <br />and recorded shall be furnished to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. One blue print shall be <br />furnished to the Board.of County Commissioners and one blue print shall be furnished to the <br />
