Upon motion of Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Watts and carried, <br />the foregoing Resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />RESOLUTION --- School Inspection Boards for November 3rd, 1953 <br />Election, <br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Hamilton and seconded by Commissioner Waddell, the <br />following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to law, an election is to be held in Special Tax School <br />District No. 1, of Indian River County, Florida, on November 3, 1953; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, Florida, has <br />heretofore adopted a Resolution calling said election; and, <br />WHEREAS, the School Code of the State of F1`:orida provides that the Board of <br />Public Instruction shall designate the number of inspection boards for each precinct and appoint <br />the inspection boards, and the General Election Laws of the State of Florida provide that the <br />number of inspection boards for each precinct and the inspection boards shall be determined by <br />the Board -of County Commissioners; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, Florida, in <br />special meeting on this date (October 6, 1953), has by Resolution determined the number of <br />inspection boards necessary for each precinct, and has appointed the personnel of the inspection <br />boards; NOW THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, that this Board does hereby ratify, approve and confirm the number of inspection <br />boards for each precinct and the personnel of the inspection boards heretofore determined and <br />r <br />appointed by the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, Florida, for the election <br />to be held in Special Tax School District No, 1, Indian River County, Florida, on November 3, <br />1953; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Board does herewith determine the number of <br />inspection boards for each precinct and does hereby appoint the personnel of the inspection boards <br />as heretofore determined and appointed by the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River 0 <br />County* Florida, for the election to be held in Special Tax School District No. 1, in Indian <br />River County, Florida, on November 3, 1953. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by this Board that the form of ballot prepared by the <br />Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, Florida, for the election to be held in <br />Special Tax School District No. 1, on November 3, 1953, be and the same is hereby ratified an -d <br />approved, and the Superintendent of Public Instruction of Indian River County, Florida, is <br />hereby directed tocause said form of ballot to be published in a newspaper of general circula- <br />,tion in Indian River County, Florida, as required by law. <br />RESOLUTION --- Easement Deed to State re; <br />Job 206, Sec, 8801, State Road 5. <br />On Motion of Commissioner Watts, seconded by Commissioner Hamilton, the follow- <br />ing Resolution was adopted. <br />WHEREAS, the State Road Department has located and proposes to construct a <br />0 <br />1 <br />1 <br />0 <br />1 <br />1 <br />0 <br />
