lyel <br />{ <br /> Bill Leonides , ReCommunity, stressed that there are plenty of opportunities to increase <br /> recycling in the dual -stream program, and that his firm would work with the County to further <br /> ez <br /> develop its recycling program . <br /> Mitch Kessler, Kessler Consulting, acknowledged that all of the firms that responded to <br /> the RFP were well qualified; however, he concurred with staff' s recommendation to select <br /> ReCommunity . <br /> Milo Zonka, Waste Management, spoke positively of the RFP process . He also noted <br /> that the recyclables cash flow is entirely based on the commodities market, and advised that the <br /> Board negotiate the contract such that if the State requires a leap to the single- stream recycling, <br /> the County would have the ability to comply . <br /> The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br /> Motion carried unanimously .
