SMITH <br />Clerk to the Board <br />March 19, 2013 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) met at the <br />County Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, March 19, <br />2013. Present were Chairman Joseph E Flescher, Vice Chairman Wesley S. Davis, and <br />Commissioners Peter D. O'Bryan, Bob Solari, and Tim Zorc. Also present were County <br />Administrator Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney Alan S. Polackwich, Sr., and Deputy Clerk Leona <br />Adair Allen. <br />Chairman Flescher called the meeting to order at 1:02 p.m. <br />15.8.1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - MEETING OF JANUARY 15, 2013 <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions to the minutes. There <br />were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Chairman Flescher, the Board unanimously approved <br />the minutes of the Solid Waste Disposal District meeting <br />of January 15, 2013, as written. <br />March 19, 2013 <br />Solid Waste Disposal <br />OK it3 PG 644. <br />
