15.B.2. RELEASE OF RETAINAGE & FINAL PAY TO COMANCO <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CORPORATION (BID No. 2012025) <br />ON MOTION by Vice Chairman Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, the Board unanimously approved <br />the final payment including the release of retainage to <br />Comanco Environmental Corporation in the amount of <br />$240,648.74 for the Phase 2 construction of Cell 1 of <br />Segment 3 Expansion in accordance with Bid No. <br />2012025; and authorized the use of the remaining <br />contingency funds in the amount of $364,734.58 to be <br />allocated in a separate project for the drainage <br />enhancements of the landfill access road, as recommended <br />in the memorandum of March 11, 2013. <br />15.B.3.
