He also reported that staff from Public <br />Works and Utility Services had recommended that this right-of-way be abandoned, but wanted to <br />retain a drainage and utility easement over the entire right -of way area, should it be required for <br />future utility drainage purposes. <br />Director Boling reviewed the survey and confirmed for the Board that there was no <br />remnant piece of County right-of-way because it had already been abandoned. <br />The Chairman opened the Public Hearing.
