Utilities regarding the swapping of his property for the County's 2.24 acres, and that the <br />exchange would allow him to consohdate this property with land he owns to the north. <br />Capital Projects Manager Mike Hotchkiss confirmed that he and Mr. McKellar had <br />several discussions in the past, and that staff had no concerns with the requested exchange. <br />There was a brief discussion between the Board and staff as to whether the County's <br />2.24 -acre parcel might be required in the future. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Solari, the Board unanimously directed the <br />County Administrator to evaluate the land swap and return <br />to the Board with a recommendation. <br />10.
