Near <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />Motion carried. The Board unanimously approved, <br />pending approval by the Federal Aviation Administration <br />and the City of Vero Beach Council, the Memorandum of <br />Understanding between the City of Vero Beach and Indian <br />River County related to the installation of monitoring <br />wells on the City of Vero Beach Municipal Airport <br />property for continuation of groundwater monitoring for <br />the former Gifford Road Landfill, and authorized the <br />Chairman to execute same, as recommended in the <br />memorandum dated March 12, 2012. <br />DOCUMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />ALL BACKUP DOCUMENTATION, RESOLUTIONS, AND ORDINANCES ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE <br />OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD AND ARE HEREBY MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES <br />There being no further business, the Chairman declared the meeting adjourned at <br />11:40 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />'co <br />Jeffrey K.
