ON MOTION by Vice Chairman O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Flescher, the Board unanimously <br />authorized staff to submit a letter to the Florida <br />Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) <br />requesting the removal of the landfill permit condition that <br />requires construction and demolition recycling, based on it <br />not being financially viable for SWDD as recommended <br />in the memorandum dated March 12, 2012. <br />AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />15.
