Wheeler, Vice Chairman Peter D . O ' Bryan, and Commissioners <br /> Wesley S . Davis, Joseph E . Flescher, and Bob Solari . Also present were County Administrator <br /> Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney Alan S . Polackwich, Sr. , and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair Allen. <br /> Chairman Wheeler called the meeting to order at 11 : 30 a. m. <br /> I5.A. LACCEPTANCE BYEMERGENCYSERVICESDISTRICT OFDONATED <br /> PROPERTY FROM VERO BEACH JAYCEES, INC. <br /> Deputy County Attorney William K . DeBraal recapped his memorandum dated March <br /> 125 2012 , providing background, analysis , and funding information on a proposed donation from <br /> the Vero Beach Jaycees, Inc . for 9 . 55 acres of property, located at 6780 261 ' Street . The <br /> acceptance would be on the condition that two outstanding tax certificates are brought current, <br /> and that a plaque be placed on the property or structure indicating that the donation of the <br /> property was from the Vero Beach Jaycees , Inc . <br /> March 20, 2012 1 8e i <br /> K ' y a ?
