A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE MOTION WAS <br /> MADE by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED by <br /> Commissioner Davis, to include the finding that the <br /> application does not ensure compatibility between the <br /> special exception use and surrounding land uses . <br /> Commissioner Davis reiterated his thoughts about exploring the possibility of locating <br /> the recycling facility at the landfill . <br /> The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br /> Amended Motion carried unanimously .
