5. That a public hearing thereon has been held by the Board of County Comm-
<br />issioners of Indian River County, Florida, in the office of said Board in the Indian River
<br />County Courthouse, Vuro Beach, Florida, on October 6, 1953, at 10:U0 o'clock A. M., the
<br />time stated in said public notice.
<br />6. That this Board does herewith close, vacate and abandon any public or private
<br />street, road, alley -way or other place used for travel and all portions thereof and does here-
<br />with renounce and disclaim any right of Indian River County, Florida, and the public in and
<br />to all of the rights of ways hereinbefore described.

<br />The several bills and accounts against the County, having been audited, were
<br />examined and found correct, were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same. Such
<br />Bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, the warrants',I
<br />so issued from the respective funds being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book, as provided
<br />i
<br />by the rules of the State Auditor, reference to such record and the list so recorded being
<br />made a part of these minutes.
<br />The County Depository filed its monthly statement, showing receipts and dis-
<br />bursements of the various funds, which have been audited, were found to be correct.
<br />. `there being no further business, on motion made, seconded and carried, the
<br />Board then adjouned.

<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, met at the'I
<br />i Court House in regular meeting at 9:00 A. M. Tuesday, November 3, 1953, with the following
<br />members present: Commissioners W. C. Graves, Jr., Chairman; Aubrey L. Vaddell, J. J. P.
<br />Hamilton, H. C. Watts and Allison Warren. Also present were E. E. Carter, Road and Bridge
<br />Superintendent, Sherman N. Smith, Jr., Attorney; L. B. O'Steen, Sheriff; and Douglas Baker,
<br />Clerk.
<br />Minutes of October 6th regular meeting were read and approved on Motion of
<br />Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner Watts and carried.
<br />Mr. H. E. Kjorswick submitted a plat of Sebastian River property covering
<br />Ercildoune Heights Subdivision. Commissioner Watts, Attorney Smith and Road and Bridge Super-
<br />intendent Carter were appointed a committee to investigate with power to act in order that
<br />the matter can be disposed of within thirty days if possible. The County agrees to pay for the
<br />Deed to right-of-way.
<br />Notary Public Bord for William Kyrle Simms in the sum of $500.00 with St. Paul
<br />Mercury Indemnity Company as surety was approved by Douglas Baker, Clerk of Circuit Court, on
<br />October 13th, 1953.
