Keen South Federal Highway Vero Beach, Florida Dear Mr. and Mrs. Keen: In consideration of your conveyance of the right of way described in State Road Department Deed No. 189-R, Section 8801-691, State Road 5, Indian River County, Florida, the County agrees with you as follows: 1. That the County will pay to you the total sum of $2,500.00, such sum to be. paid prior to taking possession of the right of way. 2. The County will request the State Road Department and the contractor to place any excess fill material from this project on your property. 3.
