BARTON <br />Clerk to the Board <br />April 10, 2012 <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />The Board of Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District met at the County <br />Commission Chambers, 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 10, 2012. <br />Present were Chairman Gary C. Wheeler, Vice Chairman Peter D. O'Bryan, and Commissioners <br />Wesley S. Davis, Joseph E Flescher, and Bob Solari. Also present were County Administrator <br />Joseph A. Baird, County Attorney Alan S. Polackwich, Sr., and Deputy Clerk Leona Adair Allen. <br />Chairman Wheeler called the meeting to order at 11:13 a.m. <br />15. B.1. RECOMMENDATION TO AWARD PHASE 2 CELL I SEGMENT 3 <br />LANDFILL EXPANSION PROJECT TO COMANCO <br />ENVIRONMENTAL CORPORATION (BID No. 2012025) <br />Managing Director Himanshu Mehta, Solid Waste Disposal District provided <br />background, analysis, and account information for the Phase 2 construction of Cell 1 of Segment <br />3 landfill expansion project and bid evaluation process.
