ON MOTION by Commissioner Solan, SECONDED by <br />Chairman Wheeler, the Board unanimously: (1) approved <br />Bid No. 2012025 to Comanco in the base bid amount of <br />$3,247,500, with a contingency allowance of $614,500 to <br />not exceed the total project cost of $3,862,000; <br />(2) approved the contract in form; and (3) authorized the <br />Chairman to execute the same, as presented, pending <br />receipt of bonds and insurance requirements, and final <br />approval by the County Attorney, all as recommended in <br />the memorandum dated March 28, 2012. <br />AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />1 S.B. 2.
