AGREEMENT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br /> 13. B. OFFER OF JUDGMENT ONBETHEL PARCEL #108 <br /> Attorney DeBraal outlined the information contained in the memorandum of April 6 , <br /> 2011 , to provide the details of staff' s proposal that the County make an Offer of Judgment to <br /> William Bethel , related to the right-of-way acquisition of a . 30 acre parcel at 4875 66th Avenue <br /> owned by Mr. Bethel . He related that Mr. Bethel was claiming a total of $ 940 , 000 of business <br /> and property damages as a result of the take ; however, staff is recommending the Board <br /> authorize the Offer of Judgment in the sum of $ 385 , 000 for full and final settlement of Mr. <br /> Bethel ' s claims . <br /> Attorney DeBraal provided further information for Commissioner O ' Bryan regarding <br /> staff' s rationale for arriving at the $ 385 , 000 figure . <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Flescher, SECONDED <br /> by Commissioner Davis , the Board unanimously <br /> recommended authorization of an Offer of Judgment to <br /> William Bethel in the sum of $ 385 , 000 , as recommended <br /> in the memorandum of April 6, 2011 . <br /> 13. C. MEDIATED ,SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR PARCEL 109 PROPERTY <br /> LOCATED AT 4855 66THAVENUE WILLMMAND RUTHSTANBRIDGE NON. <br /> HOMESTEAD PARCEL <br /> Attorney DeBraal recapped his April 6 , 2011 memorandum, providing background and <br /> analysis pertaining to the Mediated Settlement Agreement for a right of-way acquisition of about <br /> . 42 acres of a 1 . 23 acre parcel located at 4855 66th Avenue (Parcel 109) , owned by William and <br /> Ruth Stanbridge .
