He revealed that there was a question regarding the <br /> appropriateness of Rod Gillis ' s fees (the Stanbridges ' appraiser) , which will be appealed at court ; <br /> as such, those amounts are not included in the cost of the Mediated Settlement Agreement. <br /> Commissioner O ' Bryan declared that the mediated settlement amount for this purchase <br /> was inflated over the property ' s true value .
