Friskey U. S. Highway No. 1 South Vero Beach, Florida Dear Mr.• and Mrs. Friskey: In consideration of your execution of the right of way described in State Road Department Deeds 146-R and 269, Section 8801-691, State Road 5, Indian River County, the County agrees with you as follows: 1. That the County will construct a parking area level with the sidewalk of the new road between your fruit stand and your home a length of approximately 40 feet and approximately 15 feet deep, with a black -top surface. This will be done without cost to you prior to completion of the new road.
