MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF FELLSMERE AND <br /> INDIANRIVER COUNTYSOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT FOR <br /> A SINGLE STREAMRECYCLING PILOT PROGRAM <br /> Director Mehta provided background and analysis pertaining to the City of Fellsmere ' s <br /> request for a limited single stream recycling pilot program .
