Wheeler, Commissioners Wesley S . <br /> Davis , Joseph E . Flescher, and Peter D . O ' Bryan. Also present were Assistant County <br /> Administrator Michael Zito , County Attorney Alan S . Polackwich, Sr. , and Deputy Clerk Leona <br /> Adair Allen. <br /> Chairman Solari called the meeting to . order at 9 : 53 a.m . <br /> M. B. I.NEW OSLO CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE CENTER PROJECT <br /> UPDATE <br /> Managing Director of the Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) Himanshu Mehta <br /> recalled that on May 3 , 2011 , the SWDD Board had approved Amendment No . 2 to Work Order <br /> No . 9 to Camp Dresser and McKee (CDM) , to prepare a Feasibility Report that would evaluate <br /> elevation design and the "flat" on-grade type of facility for the proposed Oslo Customer <br /> Convenience Center (CCC ) . He disclosed that the bids with Barth Construction, Inc . for the new <br /> CCC would expire on June 2 , 2011 , that the Purchasing Manager had sent a letter requesting an <br /> ON 144 PG 936 <br /> May 24 , 2011 1 <br />
