15, B. 2. ENGINEER 'S FINAL ESTIMATE AND CLOSURE PLAN FOR REPAVING OF WINT <br /> BEACH. GIFFORD, AND ROSELAND CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE <br /> CENTERS <br /> ON MOTION by Commissioner Davis , SECONDED by <br /> Commissioner Flescher, by a 4 -0 vote (Commissioner <br /> Wheeler absent) , the Board : ( 1 ) approved the engineer <br /> MVB Engineering, Inc .
