<br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Commissioner Warren and
<br />carried, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted.

<br />BE IT RESOLVED that there is herewith transferred the sum of $5,000.00 from some
<br />items where there is a surplus to the items where there is a deficiency, according to detailed
<br />statement attached, all in the Road & Bridge Fund of the current budget of Indian River County
<br />as provided by law.

<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Copnty Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, has
<br />received funds in excess of the anticipated funds budgeted in the budget for said county for

<br />the fiscal year ending September 30, 1954, and,
<br />WHEREAS, this board has determined that an emergency exists requiring appropri-
<br />ation of said excess receipts during the present fiscal year; Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, that this board does herewith tentatively budget said excess receipts and their ex-
<br />penditure in the form of a proposed supplemental budget for said fiscal year as follows,
