He recalled that at the June 7th meeting, FIND CEO David Roach had <br /> discussed the project, and lengthy discourse had followed as concerned citizens expressed their <br /> qualms about the project . Chief DeBlois advised that the draft Resolution was arrived at <br /> subsequent to feedback from both FIND and concerned citizens, and through his PowerPoint <br /> Presentation (copy on file) , described how the Resolution was structured .
