8.MM. 26TH STREET ADVANCE ACQUISITION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY- 2605 47TH <br />AVENUE <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Solari, SECONDED by <br />Vice Chairman Davis, the Board unanimously: (1) <br />approved and authorized the Chairman to execute the <br />Contracts for Sale and Purchase of the Langdon parcel (in <br />the Davilla Park Subdivision) for $85,000; (2) directed <br />that the needed right-of-way be taken from the property <br />after purchase; and (3) authorized sale of the remainder <br />property at sealed bid, all as recommended in the <br />memorandum of August 13, 2013. <br />CONTRACTS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />8.NN. 26TH STREET ADVANCE ACQUISITION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY - 5020 26' <br />STREET <br />Vice Chairman Davis disclosed that he had a conflict of interest on this item, and would <br />abstain from voting. <br />(Clerk's Note: Form 8.B.
