Attorney Reingold advised that relative to Commissioner Solari's Motion to apply the <br />Ordinance to licensed professional applicators as well as individuals, the provision might no <br />longer be applicable. <br />The Commissioners acknowledged that the provision may not need to be inserted, but <br />wished to proceed with the vote nonetheless. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION, and the <br />Motion carried unanimously <br />After a brief discussion, with input from Attorney Reingold and Ms. Costello, the Board <br />decided to include in its version the same definition of heavy rain that was in FDEP's Model <br />Ordinance. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner O'Bryan, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Solari, the Board unanimously approved <br />to add to the definition section of Ordinance 2013-012, <br />"Heavy Rain" shall mean rainfall greater than 50 mm (2 <br />inches) in a 24 hour period. <br />10.B.
