VIMBEAS, since the closing of said institution, the said Bank has re -opened under <br />the name of Fa7m.ers Bank of Vero Beach, but are not in a position to retire its <br />indebtedness <br />to <br />the County <br />Commissioners, at <br />this <br />time, and <br />�MREAS, <br />an <br />agreement <br />has been entered <br />into <br />whereby the Bank agrees to release <br />the securities now lodged with said :8tate Comptroller, and has consented by letter <br />dated this date to the release of said securities to this Board. <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RE I,VED that the Board of County Commissioners request the <br />State Comptroller to transmit said securities to this Board, same to be' sold for the <br />best <br />obtainable price, as <br />funds are <br />needed, and applied to the credit of said Farmers <br />Bask <br />& Trust Co., account <br />with the <br />County Commissioners. <br />The resolution being put to a vote was unanimously adopted. <br />OSLO RAILROAD CRO'SS ING . <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded xxt Ee f ollowir g re so lut ion was unanimously <br />adopted. <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners in andmfor Indian River <br />County, Florida, severally aid separately, as follows: <br />1. That the certain petition dated the 6th day of June A.D.19279 of Ten (10) <br />or more citizens and free holders living in the vicinity of the road and part of road <br />hereinafter mentioned, be and said petition hereby is granted, <br />2.
