Dan Lamson requested that the letter be sent as soon as possible, and felt this would help <br />to unify the municipalities. <br />Attorney Reingold suggested deleting the second sentence in the draft letter and <br />combining the two paragraphs into one, to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. <br />Commissioners Flescher and Solari agreed to restructuring the letter as suggested. <br />The Chairman CALLED THE QUESTION and the <br />Motion carried unanimously. The Board approved: (1) <br />sending the Chairman's letter, a copy of Ordinance 2013- <br />012, and with the bullet points of the fertilizer <br />requirements in English and in Spanish to all Council <br />Members; and (2) modifying the letter to read that the <br />Ordinance is only applicable to the unincorporated areas <br />of Indian River County. <br />14.B.
