<br />ing or improvement within the lines and limits of the proposed right of way as set forth and
<br />,contained in the right of way map of the State Road Department of Florida, State Road 5, Sectioh ,
<br />8801, on file with the Clerk of this Board, said right of way line and the building setback
<br />line herewith established being a line parallel to and 78 feet Easterly from the present
<br />.existing center line of said road and said line being parallel to and 42 feet Westerly from the,
<br />present existing center line of said road.
<br />Upon being duly seconded by Commissioner Hamilton, this resolution was unanimous
<br />ly adopted.
<br />Certified copies of resolutions adopted by the Board of Realtors of _Vero Beach,

<br />?Florida and Beach Business Bureau of Vero Beach, Florida, requesting the Board of County
<br />Commissioners to immediately make provision for and acquire a suitable, adequate and proper
<br />site along the Atlantic Ocean in Indian River County, Florida that can be designated and es-
<br />tablished as a bathing beach area for the colored people of this County, were received, consid
<br />,eyed and ordered filed with the Clerk. Sherman N. Smith, Jr., Ottorney was requested to con-
<br />tact Fred Tuerk regarding two or three hundred feet of Ocean Beach property to be used for
<br />the purpose recited in the copies of the resolutions heretofore mentioned.
<br />Upon Motion of Commissioner Waddell, seconded by Commissioner Watts and carried,
<br />'it was ordered that Troy E. Moody, Tax Collector, deposit all revenues received for beverage
<br />and occupational licenses in the Road and Bridge Fund instead of the General Revenue Fund,
<br />until further orders by the Board.

<br />—The Clerk of the Circuit Court (County %uditor) after tentatively ascertaining
<br />';the proposed fiscal policies of the Board for the ensuing fiscal year, from the 1st day of
<br />October, 1954, to the 30th day of September, 1955, prepared and presented to the Board a tenta
<br />tive budget for the ensuing fiscal year for each of the funds, as provided in Chapter 26874,
<br />i Laws of 1951, including all estimated receipts, taxes to be levied, and balances expected to
<br />'i
<br />;be brought forward, and all estimated expenditures, reserves and balances to be carried over
<br />to the end of the year, were ordered spread upon the minutes of the Board and transmit two
<br />i.
<br />copies of each of the tentative budget to the Comptroller of the State of'Florida, said copies
<br />to be certified by the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners and by the County Auditor
<br />as a true and correct copy of the budget as adopted by the Board of County Commissioners and
<br />!the original to be filed as part of the records of the County, and is in words and figures as j
