<br /> Your request for a Department of the Army permit was received on January 19, 2012 , has
<br /> been assigned number SAJ-2006-01903 (NW-TSD) . A review of the information and drawings
<br /> provided on February 24 , 2012, shows the proposed work is to install rock rip rap to stabilizeIF
<br /> approximately 600 linear feet of the north side of Indian River Farms Water Control District
<br /> (IRFWCD) Lateral B - 7 Canal on the south side of Oslo Road, west of 58h Avenue; to install
<br /> rock rip rap to stabilize 40 linear feet of the IRFWCD Lateral B Canal under the widened portion
<br /> of the Oslo bridge over the Lateral B Canal , east of 58d' Avenue on the north side of Oslo Road ;
<br /> and to install six 18 - 24 inch corrugated aluminum pipes (CAP) which will outfall into the
<br /> IRFWCD Lateral 13 - 7 Canal . The Oslo Road widening project commences at Station 35 + 16IF
<br /> which is located west of 58'�` Avenue and continues east where it ends at Station 103 +00 which is
<br /> west of 43rd Avenue . The project is located off of Oslo Road (9th Street SW) , in Section 20 ,
<br /> Township 33 South, Range 39 East in Vero Beach, Indian River County, Florida.
<br /> Your project, as depicted on the enclosed drawings, is authorized by Nationwide Permit
<br /> (NWT) Number 13 , 7 . In addition, project specific conditions have been enclosed . This
<br /> verification is valid until March 18 , 2012 . This verification is valid until the NWP is modified ,
<br /> reissued, or revoked prior to March 18 , 2012 . It is incumbent upon you to remain informed of
<br /> changes to the NWPs . We will issue a public notice when the NWPs are issued. Furthermore, if
<br /> IF
<br /> you commence or are under contract to commence this activity before the date that the relevant
<br /> nationwide permit is modified or revoked, you will have 12 months from the date of the
<br /> modification or revocation of the NWP to complete the activity under the present terms and
<br /> conditions of this nationwide permit .
